HOW TO DO SQUATS:-

WIDE SQUATS:-

C) Cross your arms in front of your knees as much you can. 
D) Then you have to bend your knees as much you can. 
E) Then you  have to come in starting position .
F) Repeat the process. 


SKIPPING:-

Skpping is one of the most common and easiest exercise there are certain benefits of it like it helps to increase your stamina it makes your bone more stronger then before it is also come in one if those exercises through which you can workout your whole body. 

STEPS OF DOING SKPPING:-
A) Stand in starting position.
B) Then hold the rope with your hands and grip it. 
C) Then place the rope behind you and then turn the rope before you shed.
D) practice jump in right time 
E) Repeat it
