TOP THREE EVENING WEIGHT LOSS SNACKS

CORN AND TAMATO CHAT :-
if you are looking for some tastey snacks and which also helps you in weight loss then what are you looking for let's look after it's recipy.
At first you have to take 2 cup of corn then boil it for 10 min then after boiling it you have to cut one and half tameto and the you have to cut one medium sizes of onion take it half cucumber and chop it finely then mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then put a half tsp chat masala salt according to your taste some black pepper powder you can also add green chili if you like it and then sprinkle some corinder powder and at last you have to add half lemon juice now here,your tastey and healthy corn and tamato chat is ready enjoy it with your evening tea.

HUNG CURD SANDWICH:-

while I am researching about what are the tastey and healthy snacks which help ous in weight I found a delicious snack recipy and it is none other then hungcurd sandwich, so let's look after it's recipy.
To make hung curd sandwich we have to take some slices of brown bread and white because we are looking for weight loss recipy and health friendly recipy and white bread can hearm your health. Then take some finely chopped onions, tomatoes ,carrots, capsicum, cabbage and you can and any of the vegetables you want and take a 3tsp of hung curd,salt according to your taste and sprinkle some black pepper or chat masala and mix it well and the sandwich stuffing is ready cut the brown bread in triangle shape and put the stuffing in the sandwich you can also add little green chutney in it and cover it with anther triangle shape bread and at last put a little butter or desi ghee in the griller and grill the bread and here,you hungcurd sandwich is ready. 

OATS CABUB:-

So the last but not the least recipy is of Oats cabab believe me it is super tasty and with lots of health benefits. 
To make Oats cabab at first you have to take a half size of Bottle guard and chop it finely and the take a 1 cup of Oats ,1tsp red chilli powder, 1tsp coriander powder, half tsp turmeric and 1tsp of chat masala, salt according to your taste and at last half tsp garam masala, then you have to roast the Oats for 5 min then grind it and make it's fine powder then mix the powder with all the ingredients then if the mixture is very thick add a little bit of water to make it fine but not too much of water remember we are making cabab so we want little tight mixture.
Then put some desi ghee or refined oil in the pan and put the mixture by making its round shape of balls and finally your Oats cabub is ready to serve.
